LICENSE file is incorrectly formatted #256

These two commits messed up the license file:

When the license file is standardized, the license clearly appears in the About section on the first pageview. Currently GitHub cannot parse the changes and it says View license instead of GNU General Public License v3.0.

License headers should not appear in the license file. Instead, they need to be as described in this issue: https://github.com/socioboard/Socioboard-5.0/issues/247

we really little hurry in adding some required features to it, Hope to finish your query of the license, as I've to read the license doc once, completely like you, till that if you can help us, please share a Pull Request - or soon we'll add the license in detailed which satisfy your request.
