The dmd-transitional compiler is available for Ubuntu bionic only for version 2.078.3.s*.

This is no longer blocked as dmd-tranisitional 2.078.3.s7 was released

Now the tests failed for bionic using dmd 2.086. I'll need to investigate what the problem is
