Connecting with an existing Consul cluster #166

Hi,

I played around with socketplane for a while and noticed that it ships with its own embedded consul server. I'm already running a consul cluster at version 0.5.0. Is it possible to use socketplane with this cluster as running two clusters seems to be redundant and socketplanes consul server is still at version 0.4?

Thanks for raising this issue @Marmelatze. It's not yet possible to use an external consul cluster but we'd love to see a pull request to add it and/or to update the embedded Consul client
