Replace `Async::IO` with native `IO`. #147

Remove the async-io dependency.

Async::IO::Endpoint is replaced by IO::Endpoint: https://github.com/socketry/io-endpoint
Async::IO::Stream is replaced by IO::Stream: https://github.com/socketry/io-stream
