Potentially add verbose logging to `Async::HTTP::Internet` #74

Consider adding debug logging re automatic gzip handling etc #68

So consider moving Falcon::Middleware::Verbose to Async::HTTP.
Enable for Async::HTTP::Internet when $VERBOSE.
Improve output formatting.

Add documentation:

Show compression headers / body.
Explain how to enable/use.
