Added endpoint for the worker kv storage, also modified tests to make them more flexible and fixed some code formatting from the previous PR

Not sure if you are still working on this branch or not, but I went to clean them up in my repo and realized that this was merged into the finalsite-custom-hostnames branch instead of master
