Please check for installed dependencies. #80

I already use React Native and Tauri so already have android and windows build dependencies. Please don't treat my PC as a junkyard.

On Windows some SDKs and clang++ are necessary to build Socket applications. I don't think that React Native provide these deps and Tauri uses Rust, not C++. clang++ dep is still necessary

Should provide UI instructions then because I got an email from you guys and to be honest, not going to abandon Tauri without building an executable. Don't know if this is like a kotlin multiplatform or like Tauri 2.0
