What OS are you using (`uname -a`, or Windows version)?

What version Socket Runtime are you using?

0.5.4 (c7a05dc5) (next branch)

What programming language are you using (C/C++/Go/Rust)?

none

What did you expect to see and what you saw instead?

webview window should reload if sources specified in build.watch (socket.ini) change.
currently to see an updated ui, we have to rerun the process or right click the window and then click reload
