Seriously though. where is the readme. first couple of hours should be spent on that.

You guyz r so mean. In all seriousness though- READMEs are super important, not just for people inheriting the project, but also for you guys coming back to the project. What does the app do? How do you run it? Where is it hosted? How can I contribute? etc. etc.
