SocNetV recognizes files ending in .dl or .dat as being UCINET formatted.
If a .dat file is loaded in the ordinary way, the file is added to the Network -> Recent Files list.
But if you go to Recent files to load it again, the application pop ups a message "Selected file has ambiguous file extension" and asks the user to select the right format for it, which is confusing.
