Apparently, Apple changed their html on the itunesconnect site.  I modified
my local copy to work again.  See the following forum post for details.

Hmmm, I didn't get an email notification when this issue was added but I did 
see the
change you made and posted to the apple dev forums.  I merged the changes into 
the
trunk and anything should be working again with version 1.5. Thanks for the 
patch!
