add upcoming games to sidebar

Add next weeks upcoming games to sidebar of the community if account is a mod.

• [x] edit the sidebar by scraping prior to a *** marker
• [x] add all prior to the *** back in to the post
• [x] convert next weeks game times from UTC to teams Eastern/central time
• [x] create a string with *** and the schedule as a table
