Create draft bot #8

[x] create nhl_draft.py
[x] take info on each pick in round(s) and output to table

adding new requirements:

[x] interface with sql database
[x] (Optional): If possible make bot aware of when draft is over and self-terminate
[ ] NHL api does not state start/end times of draft. If possible scrape from somewhere else for start time so this doesn't have to be manually started.

Lemmy cannot handle a post of this size.

It appears Lemmy has a 10k limit. The post was 10,545. There's a closed issue referencing raising to 50k. Can see commit here:. This should resolve itself by next draft. No changes needed on this issue.

marking draft start time as optional for now. Will revisit in the future.
