Heaven's Gate (SLPS-00667) fails to boot #65

A report coming from GbaTemp:

tonyhax version: v1.3 Installation method: doesn't matter, integrity check passes Entry point game: THPS4 NTSC Console model: Console product code, written on the bottom of the unit, such as "SCPH-7502" Integrity check: Yes BIOS version: v4.1 Target game: Heaven's Gate (SLPS-00667)

Bug explanation: Game seems to get stuck at "Loading executable", though the data from the SYSTEM.CNF file can be read just fine.

Seems to be working fine on an emulator with v1.4. Closing.
