Highly efficient replace method over HTTP (no longer dependent on FTP) #77

The DataSync 1.0 replace via FTP will be available over HTTP which will reduce or eliminate the need for customers to make firewall exceptions (common when FTP is used).

With the 1.5 release - coming soon - all of the benefits that FTP replace jobs have are also now available over HTTP. And all that is required to switch from using FTP is to choose the "HTTP" button if in the UI or replace the -pf flag to a -ph flag if using headless mode.
