Restore Quicklinks #513

Quicklinks were removed in #480 simply because I didn't want to deal with them during the refactor.

I'm not sure how useful they are, but I will restore them if necessary.

Removed templates and styles for quicklinks. To @ToshMeston to fix search bar alignment on home page.

Not restored yet, but I did fix the search bar being off center so it isn't so obvious that quicklinks are missing.
