1 year ago Added greet bot on free tier. Can edit the message, send test messages to yourself and view a log of who has received the message. May want to consider altering the welcome message later on
Came up in the membership discussion that first impressions of joining the society slack would be a good place for EDIA involvement and driving membership
If we were on a paid plan we could use a workflow
A quick search found that we could do this by installing greet bot on the free teir or https://autocode.com/slack/templates/slack-team-welcome/
