Gantt chart lines don't have all the same height #109

More information : line shifting problem seems to occur more frequently when the number of producers is weak. For my gstreamer traces, with more than 1500 producers, lines are correctly associated to the producers. At the contrary, the unicast case is terrible. I suspect an error during the computation of line height. Moreover, I'm not sure that the space reserved for the shift bar at the bottom of the representation to pan is taken into account during this computation

Another important thing : with some traces (unicast, for instance), there is no shifting if i draw the CPU hierarchy. If i don't, shifting appears.
