Sometimes, trying to load the conf file generates an exception... #112

@dosimont: It happens when field is missing in the config file (which happens when a new settings has been added to the config file e.g. the parameter p strategy). What is done in the exception is that the config file is regenerated with the default values for the missing fields (I guess I could remove the printing of the stack since the exception is handled) :leopard:
