Temporal mode (states) #140

% and intensity should be computed relatively to the max amplitude reached (given by the y axis in the case of the temporal stacked bar chart), else, we get always 0%.

diagram diagram Ex: at the top, sys_select amplitude is 5%, at the botttom, it is almost 50%. It should be also 50 % at the top.

I don't understand. On my computer, the percentage values are correct and are identical in both view and in the state summary statistics view. Example: diagram diagram

Try with TS_record, on flutin : traces/tsrecord/tsrec_long_8min.csv. I think it works in your case because you use a parallel trace : for MPI Init, the activity ratio is equal to the number of leaves. In TSrecord case, the maximum activity ratio (max amplitude of Y) is << to leave number. For the mode (state), we should get 100% if the state duration of the aggregate/time duration of the aggregate the is equal to the max amplitude of Y. Actually, we could propose several types of modes, as for the statistics.
