Clean the compilation/generation of lpaggreg library script #171

Remove all dependencies with path. The idea : sources are in a path of ocelotl (but gitignored). A script enables to download lpaggreg and lpaggregjni from github. Another one compiles, generates, and puts in the right place the libraries.
