Re-license hyperC to be OSD-compliant #32

At present, the copyright notice of hyperC:

The source code is FREE for short-term evaluation, educational or non-commercial research only. Any commercial application may only be used in accordance with the corresponding license agreement. Any unauthorized use, duplication, transmission, distribution, or disclosure of this software is expressly forbidden.

is far from being open source definition compliant. Is it possible to re-license?

Let's keep this open for discussion

If hyperC would be maintained by "evaluation" model, it can be split into two parts:

  1. open source'd kernel, which follows explicit open source license(s).
  2. commercial variant(s), which might be only available upon NDA.

It is not pleasant to confuse developers who expect to find awesome open source embedded OS kernels on GitHub.
