Minimal synthetic dataset to be used for the tests #12

Here is a minimal dataset generator to be used for the Gradient Boosting CIF tests.

CI is green, let's merge as I need it to write tests for GradientBoostingIncidence. We can later improve those tests by checking that the Aalen Johansen estimate of the CIF match the theoretical CIF obtained by numerically integrating the hazards (with the known parameters in X).
