There is an example config using netlify in https://github.com/INRIA/scikit-learn-mooc/blob/main/.github/workflows/jupyter-book-pr-preview.yml for instance.
Alternatively we could also do it with circle ci as we do in scikit-learn but I would rather have all our CI config centralized on github actions.
