Add a samples flag to analyze #153

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Adding a 'addSamples=50' flag to analyze would help when you want SodaSQL to capture samples and failed rows by default. Adding this to all scan yamls might be time consuming if there are a lot of them.
