Provide a description for soda-sql-dbt that will show up on PyPI #188

Right now the PyPI package page for soda-sql-dbt is empty and it doesn't look all that re-assuring. We should at least have some information that points to the main repo of soda-sql core.

@vijaykiran @janet-can if you have some guidelines feel free to drop them in here and I can take care of opening a PR.

We also have a pending issue for all the packages : https://github.com/sodadata/soda-sql/issues/145 - I'll add them next week, since we recently removed the beta.

Ah yeah 🤦 I should have done a quick search before. Feel free to close this issue in favour of the other ones @vijaykiran
