[Analysis] Analysis of Data replication (On prem / Cloud) requirements for SODA Hawaii release #468

Issue/Feature Description: Analyse the key requirements for Data replication support in SODA and the corresponding changes and updates needed for the Dashboard. Enable the user to utilise the Replication and failover mechanism intuitively from the Dashboard.

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases): Currently SODA supports on-prem volume replication. As we are working on providing host based replication and disaster recovery using the same, the user should be able to setup this mechanism and be notified intuitively on the Dashboard.

Started the analysis by looking at some existing solutions and demos. Started with Dell EMC RecoverPoint (demo).

As per discussion with @rajat-soda the current replication feature will need updates to support Array and Host based replication. This design is still in discussion and the changes to dashboard will depend on the direction in which the replication feature is designed.
