Issue/Feature Description: This issue is to track the progress of Delfin integration with oceanstor

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases): Key focus areas:

  1. Deploy delfin in a kubernetes envionment
  2. Register Huawei Oceanstor with delfin
  3. Execute delfin feature testcases
