Rename nbp/release/opensds-provisioner dir to provisioner #110

The NBP release tarball has following plugin directories:

csi
flexvolume
provisioner

The git repo has following plugin directories:

csi
flexvolume
opensds-provisioner

The inconsistent directory name for provisioner is unhelpful

Describe the solution you'd like

Please rename opensds-provisioner to provisioner in next release.

This will help automation and fix the inconsistency.

Thanks for the feedback, actually it's a bit difficult to rename the folder in git repo, because we have to modify all the package name. @xing-yang @stmcginnis Please take a look, thanks!

Seems to be a good idea to make the names consistent.

I see the same even now. Adding this to backlog for handling it after capri
