Add installer support for delfin containerized deployment

Uncomment only one /kind <> line, hit enter to put that in a new line, and remove leading whitespace from that line:

@joseph-v Does this installation take into account the prometheus exporter port that must be exposed for the SRM toolchain to be able to access delfin exporter?
