What type of PR is this?

Add support for SODA individual installers. Changes includes

  1. Support for Ubuntu 20.04 & 18.04
  2. Latest ansible, docker & docker compose
  3. Individual installer support for Delfin
  4. Update Readme.md to show steps to use installer
