Error installing Delfin with dashboard in CentOs #522

  1. Issue/description: installation dashboard in CentOs has a problem dashboard is not coming up only blue background in the dashboard is coming up
  2. Why the issue have to be fixed: for successful installation of dashboard in CentOs blocker for Virtualbox CentOs
  3. How to reproduce,in case of a bug: delfin with dashboard installation in CentOs
  4. Environment Notes: HOST OS -CentOs version
