Issue while installation of Delfin on Ubuntu 20.10 was a failure #536

Issue/Feature Description:

a) Couldn't install Delfin on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

  1. The dashboard is not coming up
  2. installation dashboard in Unbuntu has a problem
  3. Only the blue background in the dashboard is coming up

b) Why does the issue has to be fixed:-

  1. Blocker for Virtualbox Unbuntu
  2. For successful installation of the dashboard in Unbuntu
  3. Reproduce the bugs
  4. Delfin with dashboard installation in Ubuntu
