What this PR does / why we need it: This PR adds the Strato UI installation and clean up configuration to the SODA Installer Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Updated this PR. This PR is tested with Strato installed from the repo and Strato UI using the installer. The strato installation from the installer fails currently and needs to be fixed in the Strato repository.
