Issue/Feature Description: SODA Release support for Ubuntu 18.04LTS Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases): Currently supported in Ubuntu16.04 Only. This OS version is very very old. Need to support recently popular LTS versions.

The support for Ubuntu18 was done and qualified with Faroe release
