Issue/Feature Description: Proper Error Codes should be returned from Multi-Cloud API instead of generic Error Codes like 500

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases): This issue needs to be fixed to improve Error Handling for Multi-Cloud APIs
