Issue/Feature Description: As attached screenshot, endusers see only AWS tier name such as glacier even if they configure GCP/Azure.

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases): This is absolutely confusing endusers.

@vineela1999 can you please check this. Basically it will require to come up with unique storage class name based upon different cloud providers. Or to avoid confusion we can simply keep Tier_1, Tier_99 and avoid the string in braces.
