What this PR does / why we need it:

• region name coming as bucket name fix
• removing query result from log
• fixing msg when type is valid and region not specified
• converting bucketSizeOperator and objectSizeOperator to camelCase
• store objects even though some api failed for object level
• supporting caseinsensitive cloud type and coverting to lowercase internally
