In all tables, make 2FA -> MFA, include #

In primary table view - remove Access Level

In relational tables (Controls / Obeys + Participant), include AccessLevel

Where do we get the Auth level (MFA) and Access level data?

Github integrations don't have an MFA property

Only participant detail views will have AccessLevel.
