Set pagination to "100 Per Page" and then go to the last page. Now set pagination to 500. The directory will not show any results and pagination will tell you that you're viewing results approximately five times as high as the total result count. I have 503 total nodes in my db and it says I'm viewing "2501 to 503 of 503 results". To get to results you must go back several pages.
