Custom Fields UI for Participants #99

  1. We should be able to add and remove custom fields for a participant. Custom fields can have any key/value. We have to be careful to avoid duplicating pre-existing fields.

  2. Allow editing the three initial fields "first name", "last name" and "handle".

  3. We need to display errors, like "you must have at least one of the name fields"

  4. Show a Toast when something is changed
