Issue when opening ePub in Sigil #30

If I attempt to open a Read Offline-generated ePub in Sigil, I get the following message:

"This EPUB has HTML files that are not well formed. Sigil can attempt to automatically fix these files, although this can result in data loss.

Do you want to automatically fix the files?"

If I select "Yes", it then apparently fixes the issues and opens the ePub without difficulty. Is it possible to produce the ePubs in a way that Sigil will immediately be happy with?
