Issue: No paragraph breaks in output

Description of Problem

First of all, thanks for this plug-in. It promises to be a best-of-class solution.

In my output there are no paragraph breaks.

Details

The pdf, epub, and print buttons all seem to ignore paragraph breaks, and render the pages as one giant block of text; the web page renders paragraph breaks. The mobi file may do this as well, but it is presently crashing my mac kindle reader.

It's fixed in the latest release. Sorry this happend, my bad, and sorry for the late fix, I've been away on vaction.
