Request: Shortcode Reimplementation #40

Description of feature/request

Requesting re-implementation of the use of [readoffline] shortcodes.

This feature would be used to

Only allow Read-Offline to show on desired posts/pages, opposed to all posts or pages. It was stated this would be included in 0.3, but has not been enabled in the latest update.

I second this as well -- the shortcode would be nice.

Another possibility is to have control from the Post/Page edit screen. Perhaps a section that allows the post author to select whether it should be available for offline reading or not (default could be set in the Read Offline settings screen). Also, the ability to publish directly from the edit screen would be nice - that way if the author was using this plugin as a formatting methodology, it could be done entirely behind the scenes.

It fo not works for me. Please can you help me? I insert [readoffline] in a page but it do not wordks.
