Description of feature/request

Hi there! First off all, thanks a bunch for making this plugin. Is there any chance you might add a feature that will allow users to download a single ebook with ALL current posts (or maybe even just the posts of their choice)?

This feature would be used to

While downloading a single post as a .pdf might come in handy, an ebook is still a book, and so converting the entire work and not just an episode would seem to make a lot of sense.

I'd like to shout out a second for this capability. To be able to organize several posts/pages into a book would be pretty sweet.

Anthologize is a book formatting plugin that can handle the post organization, if you want to check it out. Sadly, anthologize does not do a very good job with the actual formatting.
