support Divi shortcodes #77

Looks like nested shortcodes aren't handled well (eg in Divi)

Sorry, but it looks like it's impossible for me to render the Divi shortcodes.

@soderlind If you're willing to bring outside libraries into your WordPress environment, then I recommend you to try my own https://github.com/thunderer/Shortcode , its RegularParser supports nested shortcodes.
