added options to Stormblood & Heavensward MSQ #20

Added option at start of profile to choose what reward coffer to pick and to open coffer. I have not been able to test the reward selecting, however the opening of Coffers should work.

This could open spare chests in the inventory from raids etc. Not a fan of that idea.

Could add an ilvl requirement or actually take items which action is 388 but who's english name also contains 'coffer'. Anything under ilvl415 as a coffer is fair game when running a MSQ profile. What would be the issue? They have extra items in their inventory? It's not like it discards the items.

I updated the codechunk so it will only open the heavensward and stormblood coffers. Sorry super noob at github, only really started using it a few hours ago. >.<
