2 years ago - 'Show full query' button now toggles visibility of query structure w.r.t. aligned region, not just query chain
- Get query chain from response data via a RegEx pattern instead of using query property in alignment object (failed for uploaded .pdb)
- Add custom colourscheme for aligned/unaligned regions
