Clustering with profile #286

Hello, I'm trying to form protein clusters. These proteins may have diverged for a very long time as I am looking for horizontal gene transfer events. So I expect to observe only a few conserved domains along the sequences. So I have to be low stringy in my way of creating these clusters. Then the clusters allow me to build phylogeny in order to study the story of the HGT event.

As we discussed, profiles clustering might me usefull for this task since it is more sensitive.

This will take a little bit. In the meantime, if you want a set of stickers (see https://twitter.com/thesteinegger/status/1201076220957315074), send me your address to milot at mirdita de.
