When I use the websit version of HHpred: https://toolkit.tuebingen.mpg.de/tools/hhpred There are a lot of database. Could you also help to share the databae from NCBI_CD and TIGRFAM at your link as following: http://wwwuser.gwdg.de/~compbiol/data/hhsuite/databases/hhsuite_dbs/
